Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Time Timer® device in its original packaging, including all batteries, manuals, and accessories that were included at the time of purchase.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
